How to Upload Leads from LinkedIn into WaLead.ai

Without having a Premium or Sales Navigator account

If you want to import leads from LinkedIn but don’t have Sales Navigator, you’re in the right place.

WaLead.ai allows you to upload leads directly from LinkedIn using a standard search.


✅ Prerequisites

Before getting started, make sure you have:

  • An active LinkedIn account

  • Access to WaLead.ai

  • Available credits

Sales Navigator is NOT required


🚀 Step 1: Create a Campaign

  1. Log in to WaLead.ai

  2. Click Create Campaign

  3. Assign a name to your campaign


👥 Step 2: Perform a LinkedIn Search

  1. Go to LinkedIn

  2. Enter your search criteria

  3. Select the People filter

You can refine results using filters such as:

  • Location

  • Industry

  • Job Title

  • Connection level (1st, 2nd, 3rd degree)
